Architecturally this villa is just a plain structure with a flat roof void of all unnecessary decorative clutter. It is accessed via a private walkway that leads into an oversized doorway guarded by a pair of stone carvings. The main living space incorporates a dining area and compact kitchenette for the preparation of light refreshments. Customized furnishings upon a floor of polished concrete contribute to an overall look that is simple and unpretentious.
