Villa Sansil, designed to view the blue ocean, even from the bed. You will find Villa Sansil in Pantai Seseh . Between Canggu and Tanah ot only 20 minutes “out of town Seminyak “. Bayanaka means Extra Ordinary. This new luxury two bedrooms Balinese style villa located in a hidden quite place of a traditional Pererenan Village. Blessed by nature this villa is perfect to enjoy the true Bali experience with all the modern comfort and dedicated services.

Sitting on 2,000 sqm of land, simply designed, Villa Bayanaka offers an absolute tropical living. Inspired by Balinese style, a Balinese gazebo is set in adjacent to the staff quarter near the parking area. Stepping down, an open air Balinese lounge – “wantilan” is set amid the lush leveled garden which is ideal for dinning or garden party.

Further to the lower part of the garden, a small Balinese gate leads to the villa. Two buildings separated by the pool are nicely set overlooking to the unframed view of the tropical garden. The building on the right side features a bedroom with en-suited bathrooms, walk in dressing and the open space living area where a large flat TV with comfortable sofa are set up for relaxation. On the left side, the building is composed of the second bedroom with en-suited bathrooms and walk in dressing, an open air dinning area accommodating largely 6 persons and a well equipped kitchen.
All these rooms are completed with fine furniture and stylishly decorated with traditional ornament. In addition, the tasteful selection of trees and flowers combined with the soothing sound of the small river creates a perfect tropical fusion that makes Villa Bayanaka an ideal escape.

Bayanaka Villa is located in a hidden quite place of a traditional Pererenan village, 2 km from the beach. The villa is situated 45 minutes from the airport, less than 30 minutes from Seminyak the best shopping, dinning and nightlife of Bali and only 15 minutes to Nirwana the most famous Golf course in Bali.

Villa Style

This luxury villa is a combination of modern and Balinese architecture, the thatched roof building of Balinese style is in harmony combining with a modern equipment, a very simple building is surrounding by tropical trees and the famous terrace Balinese rice field, makes you feel really stay in a house of Bali.
Entry the villa, we will see a Lumbung ”The Balinese Gazebo”, then to catch the building we have to go down and passed a large open air dining area which can be function as a living area too, exceed a long fantastic stairs with lawns and bamboo trees besides the road. We can held a very nice garden party in this area.

The villa only has two bedrooms with their en suite dressing and bathroom, it’s separate by a pool and sun bed, features an enclosing open-planned veranda that looks out over the pool and rice fields. The dining and fully equipped kitchen is placed across the living area.

Villa Shalimar (12 Bedrooms)

Villa Shalimar is the perfect location for parties, weddings and other larger events, but also for a relaxing and overwhelming luxurious holiday stay for larger groups. Shalimar, which means nest of love, comprises the 6 bedroom villa KALIMA, the 4 bedroom villa MAKANDA, and the 2 bedroom CANTIK. You may rent any one of the villas on a individual basis or you may choose a combination or large groups may wish to rent the whole complex with its total of 12 bedrooms, accommodating twenty four guests.

Located on the beach of Pantai Seseh; Shalimar has an astonishing view over the surrounding rice fields and the ocean. This large and luxurious complex offers three individual homes with 6, 4, and 2 bedrooms directly on the beach. A name and location never to forget.

Each home consists of the main house with a large open lounge area connected to the kitchen and the open wooden veranda in the front that leads directly to the pool. Villa Anthony Widiadari (2 Bedrooms)

Villa Anthony Widiadari consists of 2 separate buildings. The main building has a spacious living area with an exit to the garden and the swimming pool. From the garden the visitor has a breath-taking view of the surrounding rice paddies.

Next to the living area is the cooking area. The cooking experience is augmented by top of the line and modern equipment (cooker, microwave, blender, toaster, etc). From the kitchen the guests have access to the cosy dining area.

The air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed. Shades guarantee an undisturbed rest even during daytime. The dressing room offers enough room to house your garderobe.

The marble bathroom is fitted with an egg-shaped bath, a separate shower and a toilet. A hairdryer, make-up mirror, cotton towels, etc are present. The second building, the guest building, has direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. This building contains an air-conditioned study from where Internet access is possible. The bedroom (also with airco) and the bathroom offer the same level of comfort and luxury as the rooms in the main building.

The marble decorated bathroom contains an interesting exotic feature. The hot and cold water taps are implemented as 2 exotic statues. Above the bath the special rain-shower offers relaxation and cooling down. The terrace, next to the pool, offers ample deck chairs for sunbathing.
